Tiffany McCabe, MMS, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant. She was born and raised in rural Iowa and attended Iowa State University where she graduated Cum Laude and received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health with a special focus on exercise science. Upon completion of her ungraduate degree, she then practiced as a certified clinical hemodialysis technician for four years allowing her to provide life sustaining treatments to those with end stage renal disease. Her time as a hemodialysis technician inspired her to pursue a career in medicine, which would allow her to more directly make a positive impact on her patients and their health.
Tiffany received her medical training at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona where she completed a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. While at Midwestern University, she enjoyed volunteering her time to provide medical triage for The Central Arizona Dental Mission of Mercy in addition to providing annual sports physicals for children and adolescences through the Team of Physicians for Students. Through these activities, she could provide resources and free medical services to under-served communities in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Following graduation, Tiffany chose to begin her career in family medicine because she enjoys providing patient-centered care, establishing long-term relationships with her patients, and utilizing evidence based medicine to foster mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. In addition to family medicine, she has taken a special interest and received additional training in cardiac care, bariatric medicine, allergy management, and dermatology.
When she is not practicing medicine, Tiffany enjoys spending her time exercising, cooking, watching documentaries, exploring the city, and spending time with her dog, Chupey.
