Message from Dr. Suh

Dear Patients,

I have to say I have been enjoying the sunny winter we had this year. I’m so glad it did not snow this year, or else I would have to be shoveling the snow off of our clinic parking lot! This February was one of the sunniest Februaries I remember since I moved to Washington from Texas.

Now I am not sure if it is because my skin has never looked better since I started doing laser, IPL, hydrafacials, and using our facial products, which is basically using all the stuff we have at our clinic, patients and friends think I am becoming specialized in cosmetic surgery or dermatology. I can assure you, that I have many specialized interests which are manlier, like sports medicine.

Now that it is March, and I am gearing up for March Madness. I am trying to absorb as much NCAA basketball as possible in between my kid’s shows – Blue’s Clue, Wiggles, and Dora. I will join a couple of friends’ pools and wager my superior knowledge of college men’s basketball teams against theirs. I love sports which is why I love sports medicine. I have worked with many different local amateur and professional athletes, trainers, and physical therapists.

I also worked inside the world of mixed martial arts and boxing as a ringside physician. Recently on December 8th, 2012 at the Key Arena, I was invited to be a ringside physician for the UFC fight. You might have gotten a glimpse of me on TV! (See pictures below)

So, please don’t forget I can take care of your sports injuries if professional athletes trust me with their injuries! And if you have a wrinkle and not an injury, I can take care of that too!

Sincerely,

Erik Suh
